When you book with Sets by Lexi, you agree to the following policies designed to respect both our time and ensure a safe, professional environment: • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book and goes toward your total. This deposit is non-transferable and will not be refunded under any circumstance, including cancellations or no-shows. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 25% of the scheduled service total. • No-shows will also be charged 25% of the scheduled service total. • A valid card on file is required. You will only be charged if the cancellation policy is violated. ⏰ You must be in my chair within 15 minutes of your appointment time — not just pulling up or texting me that you’re outside. Failure to do so may result in cancellation and a fee. 🚫 I do not work over other nail techs’ work. Please arrive with bare nails or book a soak-off. 🚫 I also do not work over any visible signs of fungus or infection — your appointment will be canceled if this is present, and the deposit will be forfeited.
