CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking and Canceling When booking you are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $25. If I have to cancel your appointment, your deposit can either be refunded or transferred to your next appointment. If you have to cancel your appointment, you can transfer your deposit to your next appointment. If you do not wish to reschedule then you will forfeit the deposit. Late policy If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know ahead of time. If you do not communicate with me that you are running late before you get here, you will risk forfeiting your appointment and your deposit. I have a 15 minute grace period, meaning if you are not in my chair 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time with no communication, your appointment will be cancelled and you will forfeit the deposit. Another deposit will have to be placed in order to reschedule your appointment. If you no-call/no-show you will be banned from booking. Additional Information I will not work over another nail techs work, no exceptions! If you book an appointment with me and do not book a soak off you will be turned away. I charge $15 soak off for my work, $20 for a foreign soak off, $25 if I deem it is MMA. MMA is an illegal product in the United States and causes damage to the natural nail! I can only tell if the product is MMA at the time of removal, EMA is flakey when being removed where MMA is gooey and much harder to remove. MMA can take up to an hour to remove, that’s why it costs more! If you show up to your appointment with a fungus, you will be turned away! I will not work over it and may recommend you see your healthcare provider to treat it.
